We insure in our contracts that we will remove and install new plywood to damaged or rotted areas.
we also specialize in total re-sheets if necessary.
We guarantee in our contracts to use ice and water shield on eave edges and synthetic underlayment to the remainder of your roof, to add an extra layer of protection to your home. We also guarantee that we will remove and replace all existing ventilation such as goose necks, plumbing vents, turbines and more, we also insure your venting is up to code by adding what ever ventilation you may be missing, with proper placement.
- We offer a 5 year workmanship warranty.
- We also provide documentation for materials limited warranty such as: BP and Metstar.
